  • Been training with Austin for about five years now. I first approached him because I hit a plateau and could not get out of. He sat me down and actually listened to my goals and provided a realistic routine and training that has truly changed my life! On top of that he will explain why he's choosing the workouts he's picking and how they all complement eachother.   • Austin took the time to understand my goals, and developed a training program specifically catered to me to help me achieve those goals. He is quite knowledgeable in Olympic weightlifting, and consistently pursues education to further his knowledge. Austin is not only an amazing coach but a great guy to be around. He has built me up and challenged me to see my own strength, to step out of my comfort zone and to apply myself in ways I didn’t think I was capable of.   • I have been training with Shelby for more than two years. I had no weightlifting experience and never worked out in the gym before. Shelby gives me different things to do almost every week, and helped me to know more about my strengths and weaknesses, taking little steps to be more comfortable in specific positions. He is a fun guy and also knows when to push my limits. He always explains weightlifting techniques to me in simple ways, which makes me understand what to do and focus on.   • I started olympic weightlifting with Austin in Sept/Oct of 2023. I have not gone to the gym or have done any physical exercise for a very long time before that so I was very unsure about starting a new sport. Austin made it very easy to understand and took the time with me to build and keep building my confidence and he makes it a point to check and make sure we’re on the same page as to what I need from him as a coach.
